We accept payment by bank transfer. Place your order, transfer the total to Meezan Bank account 00300114628108 (UBAID ULLAH), then WhatsApp your payment screenshot with your order number to 0303 6555900. We confirm your payment and ship your order.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days within major cities, and 5–7 business days elsewhere in Pakistan. You'll receive updates as your order status changes.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned simply due to a change of mind.
Yes — after checkout you'll get a link to your order confirmation page showing live status. Bookmark it, or keep the order number from your confirmation email.
HydroGentle Cleanser is formulated specifically for acne-prone, sensitive, and oily skin. HydraMoist Gel Moisturiser is oil-free and non-comedogenic. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test before full use.
